I tried my hand at doing the bookkeeping for my cafe, but I was not too successful at it. I am very organized when it comes to receipts, ledgers and things like that, but I do not have a good relationship with numbers in general. I can do it, but I have to double and triple check my work to make sure I did not make any mistakes. It just turned out to be better for me personally to hire a company that has cafe accountants. I could have hired a bookkeeper to come in a few times a week, but I just did not want the hassle of that.
