Avoid using a blow dryer. A blow dryer produces harmful, hot air, so let your hair dry out naturally whenever possible. If you cannot dry your hair naturally, then be sure that you’re only using the lower settings on your blow dryer. Your hair will dry faster if you pat it down with a towel before using your blow dryer.
